We have positions to fill in the following departments:

Garden Center – Customer Service & Cashiers – Seasonal Part Time and Seasonal Full Time

• • Team members in this position will be assisting in the day-to-day functions of the garden center. Must be capable of providing excellent customer service, watering, caring for plants and basic duties around the garden center. Cashiers must have the ability to operate a POS system-based checkout while providing excellent customer service. Positions starting in April lasting through June. There is a possibility of remaining longer in the season, but it is determined by what positions need to be filled.

Garden Center – Floor Manager – Full Time

• • The team member in this position will work together with management on the day-to-day activities of the Garden Center while also providing customer service and basic duties around the garden center.  You must have full-time availability working 5 days a week.  We would love someone with management or retail experience but willing to train the right person. Position starting in March.

Nursery Department – Seasonal Part Time and Seasonal Full Time

• • Team Members in this position will be assisting in the day-to-day functions of the tree and shrub department. Must be capable of lifting and loading trees, shrubs, and bagged soil/stone. Positions starting in April lasting through July. There is a possibility of remaining on longer in the season but is determined by what positions need to be filled.

Production Department – Seasonal Part Time and Seasonal Full Time

• • Team members in this position will assist in the day-to-day activities behind the scenes. You will be planting on the transplant line, placing plants in buildings, shipping orders and stocking the garden center. Positions starting in March lasting through June.

Watering Department – Seasonal Part Time and Seasonal Full Time

• • Assist in the watering of our growing department.  You must be able to be on your feet for 8+ hours per day and adjust to seasonal temperatures.  This position starts in March with the possibility of remaining on through October but is determined by what positions need to be filled.

Most positions are seasonal positions lasting 2-4 months. Some positions may last longer based on job performance.

*Must be 16 years of age or older. All high school applicants must have after school availability and weekend availability. If you play a spring sport or dance your schedule will not work with what we are looking for.
